What exactly does the $149 Move Brief include?
After payment, we confirm your competitors and the public pages we can check. You then receive your first report within 72 hours, before-and-after proof with original links, questions worth discussing, another check seven days later, and one email reply with up to three report questions.
When does the 72-hour delivery window begin?
It begins after payment, once you have sent all required details and we have confirmed the public pages we can check. We review your competitors after purchase and contact you if anything needs to be corrected.
Does the Move Brief renew automatically?
Your $149 payment covers one Move Brief. Starter is a separate monthly service. If you choose it within seven days of delivery, we spread the full $149 as discounts across your first three monthly bills. Starter begins only after you approve it.
Are purchases refundable?
Purchases are generally final because your report uses research and review time that cannot be resold. If something you sent appears wrong, we contact you to fix it. If we determine that your report cannot be delivered, we issue a full refund. Legal requirements and confirmed billing errors still apply.
What if a competitor link is wrong or unavailable?
We review the submitted competitors after payment. If something appears incorrect, unavailable, or misspelled, we contact you to confirm or correct it. If we determine that a useful report cannot be created, we issue a refund.
What does the service check?
Public websites, ad libraries, official online stores, and public business activity from approved social sources. We use official access, information you are allowed to provide, or other permitted methods.
What if nothing important changes?
The report says so clearly and lists any pages we could not check. It never invents a finding to make the report appear busier.
Is every change sent automatically?
We filter out small or meaningless page updates first. A person reviews every Move Brief, important finding, price or policy change, and any claim that is unclear or uncertain before it reaches you.
Do you claim to know why a competitor made a change?
No. Reports keep the proof separate from what we think it may mean and what you may want to consider. We never present a competitor's intent or the cause of a change as fact.
